Smart Education is partnering with a specialised Special Educational Needs (SEN) Primary School dedicated to meeting the diverse and challenging needs of its student population. The school cater to children with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), as well as those facing visual impairment, hearing impairment, and behaviour difficulties.
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a passionate team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in meeting the daily needs of the students. As the safety and well-being of the students are the schools top priorities, we require candidates who share the commitment to safeguarding.
The successful candidate should have previous experience working with children with complex needs and be capable of providing high levels of support. They should possess qualities of compassion, patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications Required: Level 2/3 or equivalent (6+ Months minimum SEN experience).
Salary: £85.68 - £87.25 per day
Hours: Monday, Thursday, and Friday
