Teaching Assistant required to provide 1-2-1 and whole class support for primary aged children with moderate learning difficulties. Are you a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with MLD experience? Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity working with children?

This Ofsted “Good” special school is looking to add a Teaching Assistant to the team to support an outstanding class teacher. As a Teaching Assistant at this school you will be supporting children on a 1-2-1 and whole class basis, running breakout activities, and ensuring that children being in school. The staff at this school are friendly and supportive, and you will be joining a like-minded team of Teaching Assistants who are committed to making a difference.
Job Role:
  • Supporting within a small class of primary aged children with additional needs
  • Having a good understanding of a range of additional needs
  • Working as a Classroom Assistant / Teaching Assistant
  • Taking part in whole school activities and making school fun, engaging and beneficial for pupils
  • Making learning fun and engaging for pupils with special educational needs
