Teaching Assistant

We are inviting a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our popular secondary school in Slough. This is an ideal role for someone who is enthusiastic about education and committed to supporting students on their learning journey.

Day to day of the role:

  • Collaborate with class teachers to enhance support in the classroom.
  • Provide tailored one-on-one assistance to specific students.
  • Contribute to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Offer additional support to students with SEN and Autism, adapting to their unique needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people; school-based experience is preferred.
  • A positive, patient, and nurturing approach to student interaction.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff.
  • Valid right to work in the UK.
