£90-£100 per day (Depending on Experience)
Monday to Friday - 08.30am to 3.30pm

A lovely Primary School based in Wantage, Oxfordshire are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team and work within their nursery, starting ASAP on a long-term supply basis through to July 2024. There is an opportunity for a permanent position from September 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and who wants to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.

THE ROLE
As a Full-Time Teaching Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the students' educational journey. Your responsibilities will include in the following:

#Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
#Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may require extra help.
# Help manage classroom activities and maintain a productive learning environment.
#Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their social and emotional development.
#Support children with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt teaching materials as necessary.
# Assist with classroom organisation, including preparing materials and resources.
#Promote a culture of respect, inclusivity, and enthusiasm for learning.

ABOUT YOU
#Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly those with Sen needs.
#Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
#Empathy and patience.
#A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
#Relevant qualifications or training are a plus.
