Teaching Assistant

£75-£90 per

We are currently working in partnership with a secondary school in Whitehaven, Cumbria who are actively recruiting for a Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management. The role may also require you to work on a 1:1 basis with the pupils, so you must be open to a challenge. There is scope for this to become a temp to permanent role.

Essential Experience:

A confident and consistent aura in managing behaviour
A 'can do' attitude
Ability to engage, enthuse & motivate students

This post is suitable for anyone who wants to start a career within an education setting and has the confidence, this comes with full salary portability. Behaviour Management is key for this role.
