We are recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant for a Secondry School in Boston to work on a 12 week Temporary to permanent basis.

Your role & responsibilities:  

  • Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
  • Working with a maximum of 4 children overseeing their needs.
  • Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
  • Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate

Non-negotiables: 

  • Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting or working with vunrable adults.
  • Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Must be able to deal with challanging behavior and understanding how to desculate the situation.
  • Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
