- Salary: £80-£90 per day (dependent upon experience)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in a vibrant learning environment. If you are passionate about education and eager to support students in their learning journey, this role offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a significant impact.
Day to Day of the role:
- Assist with classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support individual students with their academic and social development.
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging lesson materials and resources.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with additional needs.
- Monitor student progress and report back to teaching staff, contributing to the overall success of the classroom.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Relevant experience working with children or young people is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting students to succeed.
- Flexibility to adapt to different learning styles and needs, ensuring all students can thrive.
