Teaching Assistant

• Contract: Full-time/Part-time/Flexible working
• Salary: £80-£90 per day (dependent upon experience)

Day to Day of the role:

• Assist with classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support individual students with their academic and social development.
• Collaborate with teachers to create engaging lesson materials and resources.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with additional needs.
• Monitor student progress and report back to teaching staff, contributing to the overall success of the classroom.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant experience working with children or young people is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting students to succeed.
• Flexibility to adapt to different learning styles and needs, ensuring all students can thrive.
