Thrive Education are looking for an Teaching Assistant to work with a Year 3 pupil at a lovely 2 form entry primary school In Gloucester.

The role is to commence as soon as possible with the end date being the end of the academic year.

Skills and experience you will need:

• An ability to build good working relationships with both pupils and adults

• Good organisational skills

• Flexibility and creativity

• Enjoy working with children

• Good literacy and numeracy skills

• Ability to manage groups of pupils and deal with challenging behaviour

• Patience and a sense of humour

An ability to adapt and change to the needs of the pupils and the overall classroom on any given day
