We are seeking qualified and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join a friendly and supportive secondary school in Leeds. The school provides education to pupils aged 11 to 16, including those with SEN. • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all students.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, particularly those with various learning needs.
• Help pupils develop their social, emotional, and life skills within a structured learning environment.
• Implement positive behaviour management strategies in accordance with the school’s policies.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members and external agencies to support student learning and well-being.

• A minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant.
• Possession of a valid DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible, reliable, and committed approach to the role.
