Job Title: Primary School Administrative Assistant in Leeds

Job Description:

Join our team as a detail-oriented and self-motivated Administrative Assistant for one of our primary schools in Leeds. You will provide administrative support to the school, staff, and students. If you have prior experience in an administrative or office setting and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage enrollment documentation and student records
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Organize events and meetings
  • Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoice preparation and payment processing
  • Communicate with parents and other stakeholders via email and phone
  • Perform general office tasks like filing and photocopying
  • Complete other duties assigned by the school principal or other staff members

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative or office setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with school policies and procedures is a plus
