The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and providing individualized support to students. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with classroom activities and instructional materials preparation.
• Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
• Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities.
• Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a nurturing learning environment.
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure the holistic development of students.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or within an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A willingness to undergo relevant training and development opportunities.
