Responsibilities:

? Creating a positive learning environment through professionally planned
lessons and classroom displays
? Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience in
children
? Having control over the whole class and maintaining discipline
? Adhering to the curriculum, including up to date changes in the structure
? Use assessment data to inform lesson planning
? Set homework and mark promptly
? Ensure a high quality of teaching and learning takes place
? Deal with immediate problems/emergencies according to school policy
and procedures
? Strong subject knowledge
? Punctual and reliable
