At Randstad Education, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teachers to join our team in Rochdale. This role involves the option to work across various year groups, including EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in different schools within Rochdale, providing a diverse and enriching experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum and cater to the individual needs of students.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and motivated to learn.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and academic performance.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working as a Primary School Teacher, preferably across multiple year groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments.
  • Flexibility to work 3-5 days per week and travel to various schools in Rochdale.
