Working as a supply teacher, you have full flexibility of your working hours and you can work within a range of respectable schools in your own area. If you are looking for a more fixed/permanent position, we can also cater to this. We work with a range of schools looking for Teachers this academic year.

The role will include:

• responsibility for teaching and learning
• Delivering pre-planned lessons (you can have your evenings back!)
• Using your own subject knowledge and teaching skills to bring set work to life
• Managing the behaviour within the classroom
• Developing independent study skills and peer learning
• Pastoral and learning support
• Managing handover back to the absent teacher

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the update service
• A degree qualification in teaching (PGCE) along with a QTS
• Strong knowledge of the Primary curriculum
• Relevant teaching experience (Must be able to provide 2 teaching references)
• You must have eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available with this post)
• Tailoring your approach to the individual needs of children where necessary.
