Job Description:
They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Senior to join their team in Gravesend. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the tax department, working with a tax junior ro prepare and review of tax returns for both individuals and businesses. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse client base and contribute to their financial success.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns for individuals and businesses
  • Review financial records and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address any questions or concerns
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations through ongoing research
  • Prepare tax schedules and worksheets to support the tax return preparation process
  • Collaborate with team members on tax planning and strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a tax-related role is essential
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and procedures
  • Proficiency in using tax software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
