Tax Senior

Reed Practice are supporting a progressive firm of Chartered Accountants based in Reading town centre who are looking for a Private Client Tax Senior. This role has come about as one of their long standing staff are due to retire.

 The role involves:

• Managing a portfolio of self-assessment tax clients including personal tax clients, partnerships and trusts: preparing their annual tax returns and providing tax advice as required.
• Providing ad hoc advisory work relating to Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and Estate work.
• Preparation of Forms P11Ds.
• Client liaison and communication.
• Supervision and mentoring of junior tax staff.
• Meeting with potential new client and assisting with client onboarding

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience working for an accountancy practice in a similar role.
