Our client, one of the UK's top 40 accountancy firms, is proud to be extending their offering by recruiting a Tax Senior for their Business Tax Advisory team in either their Norwich or Ipswich branch.
You must be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with considerable experience in practice. Preparation of corporate tax returns and experience of mentoring colleagues are key requirements for this role.
In your role you will also be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Manage a portfolio of Corporate Tax Self-Assessment tax returns.
- Review corporate tax returns and computations prepared by team members.
- Support tax managers/partners and contribute to tax advisory work.
- Manage workload and align client expectations.
- Operate within predefined budget parameters established during planning.
- Provide oversight to staff involved in tax return preparation, offering training as needed to foster their development.
- Ensure optimal utilisation of relevant software packages.
