Our client, an award winning accountancy practice based in Norwich are looking to recruit an experienced Tax Manager, who will oversee and handle personal tax compliance tasks while offering strategic tax guidance to clients.

The right candidate will be ACCA/ACA/CTA qualified with previous experience in a similar Tax role. Additionally, you'll oversee the development of staff under your supervision.

You’ll be responsible for the following tasks:                     

• Deliver the team strategy by working closely with the Tax Director and other Tax Managers
• Implementing department processes and procedures that have been agreed
• Managing the day-to-day UK tax compliance work
• Ensuring the successful delivery of UK personal tax compliance services
• Reviewing and approving UK personal tax returns, trust accounts and trust tax returns
• Offering UK tax advisory services to individuals, including drafting technical tax advice notes and reports as needed
• Assisting the team with training and development
• Staying informed about updates in UK tax legislation and sharing knowledge within the team
• Contributing to marketing and business development initiative
