Job Title: Head of Tax
Location: Letchworth
Salary: £75,000 - £100,000
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm. (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Daily responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations to deliver high-quality services to clients and enhance departmental development.
- Work with other Heads of Departments to maintain and improve service levels.
- Build client relationships, acting as the "go-to" person, managing expectations, services, and team to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Develop and mentor the team, setting a positive example.
- Identify and deliver added value services to clients to support their prosperity.

Key qualifications and attributes include:
- Minimum 5 years post-qualified experience in practice
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Managerial experience at a senior level
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy, with knowledge of CCH preferred.
- Proactive approach to tasks, regardless of scale
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment & Excited to immerse yourself in our culture and business.
