Job Purpose

• Be part of a team that takes the time to understand the unique needs and challenges of every client.
• Oversee a portfolio of personal tax clients.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of tax professionals.
• Complex personal tax computations.
• Personal tax advisory services.
• Monitor WIP, deadlines and workflow.
• Business development, networking and cross selling.
• Supporting the Senior Managers and Directors with a range of projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

• CTA or ATT qualified or QBA
• Supervisory level experience
• At least 4 years UK practice experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Technically minded with good analytical skills
• Motivated, ambitious and energetic
