Personal Tax Assistant required to join our client an Accountancy Practice based in Huddersfield on a full time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have tax preparation experience and will be wither working towards ATT or willing to start ATT.

Personal Tax Assistant Position Overview

  • Run a small portfolio of clients
  • Responsible for providing support to our client in managing their personal tax affairs, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximising tax efficiency
  • Preparing self-assessment tax returns, P11D's
  • Be able to keep up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure continued compliance
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address any queries or concerns regarding their tax affairs
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline processed and improve overall efficiency

Personal Tax Assistant Position Requirements

  • Previous experience working in tax preparation required, minimum of 1 year
  • Working towards ATT or willing to start ATT
  • The role requires excellent organisation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients

Personal Tax Assistant Position Remuneration

Salary £20-£25k dependant on experience

Hours 37.5 hours per week (flexible start and finish times)

Annual leave 24 days + bank holidays
Full study support package
