Are you an experienced Tax and Trust Administrator looking to advance your career in one of the fastest-growing law firms in the UK?
We are seeking a Tax and Trust Administrator to join a growing team based in Poole. In this UK Top 150 Law Firm, you will benefit from hybrid working, a company bonus and health insurance, while you support your clients by preparing tax returns, and accounts and managing trust changes.

Reporting to the Client Partner, you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing tax returns and accounts for a portfolio of clients
  • Supervising more junior members in tax and trust administration and compliance
  • Ensuring funds are correctly located and are in line with the SRA rules and regulations
  • Dealing with the TRS (Trust Registration Service)
  • The preparation and submission of trust documentation such as deeds of appointment, changing trustees, resolutions and minutes
  • Working in line with SRA reconciliation rules
  • General management of trusts on a daily basis

What you will need:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Tax & Trusts Administrator / Tax Accountant / Trust Accountant / Tax and Trust Accountant / Tax Administrator / Trust Administrator / Trust Executive / Tax Executive
  • Working background in a law firm (preferably 2 years+)
