Join Reed Talent Solutions' UK Volume Talent Acquisition Centre as a Talent Sourcing Specialist. This is an award winning team delivering national volume projects within customer services and financial services. The team blend human interaction and automation to delivery an exceptional candidate and client journey. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in the office, 3 working from home

Within the Talent Sourcing Specialist role you will be responsible for (including but not limited to) -

  • Creating and posting job advertisements, mail-shot activities, and CV shortlisting
  • Direct sourcing/headhunting suitable candidates
  • Arranging and conducting telephone interviews
  • Arranging and conducting candidate preparation meetings for client assessments and interviews
  • Working alongside Talent Sourcing Specialists and Talent Delivery Specialists to meet client start date requirements
  • Being 1st line support for prospective candidates and in-booking candidates
