Would your friends describe you as someone who is dedicated, full of energy and loves to chat? If so, we’d love to hear from YOU! Now’s your chance to build a successful career as a Talent Recruitment Consultant in an established tech company, with the opportunity to make some serious money.

As our new Talent Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have the drive to become a go-to name for both clients and consumers looking for their perfect match. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and meeting the finest talent on behalf of employers searching for top talent and become a support to candidates going through the stressful job hunt (we’ve all been there).

Recruitment offers a career like no other - with massive opportunities financially, professionally, and globally! From influencing the success of an organisation by providing top talent into their teams, to matching candidates with the career of their dreams; you will be developing your own skills as you quickly progress from Associate through to Director.

We offer very adult working conditions where you will be given all guidance and assistance to be successful, no micromanagement (only focus and showcase ways that we know that work), and the chance to create your own niche as well as look after pre-existing clients. We offer professional consultative recruitment, and take pride in all that we do, and only hire for small to medium sized firms where we can add value and charge more!

Those who are successful in our company have determination and desire to make serious money, can be left to work autonomously (but not afraid to ask a question), communicate in professional manner, and quite simply understand that this is a hard job with a lot of challenges that will require tenacity and thick skin to be better than the rest. It’s all about how much effort you put in. We work hard to be successful. Anyone can place a job advert and see the responses - we want someone who can find that suitable candidate through other means and manage the candidate through the interview process to successful placement and beyond. This will require you to be a partner to your counterpart, and consult with thorough rhetoric and ability to learn quickly on how to deal with the many "no’s" you receive on your journey.

The role in time will develop into a complete 360 position, so you will be responsible to find candidates and clients, and everything in between. However, your first 3 to 6 months (depending on your development) will involve getting to know our market by meeting and stock piling as many candidates as possible, and understanding the jobs that they do. We have thousands of candidates on our database already that you can earn commission from day one with our incredibly transparent commission and splits scheme, by finding suitable candidates for our experienced recruiters roles. When this is proven, our goal will be to build your client base as soon as possible, all under the supervision of an industry award winning team! We have lots of vacancies that are ready for you to work on at any time and make money from, so we expect someone to be excited by this proposition from their first day.

Benefits

  • Competitive basic salary
  • Up to 40% commission
  • One of the best uncapped earnings schemes in London
  • Entrepreneurial, fun and flexible working environment
  • You won’t be expected to work long hours
  • Bank of England based offices
