A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work in a dynamic, energetic and fast paced leading recruitment company specialising in Data, Digital, Interim, Media, Marketing, Sales and Events with offices in Devon, London, Birmingham, Dubai, Singapore and New York.

What will you be doing?

My client is looking for a Talent Consultant who has previous industry experience and a track record within their previous company, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients, This role requires a blend of relationship-building, industry knowledge, and a deep understanding of client needs. You will play a vital role in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

•Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract top-tier candidates.

•Build and maintain relationships with candidates through personalized communication and regular check-ins.

•Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with clients.

•Administer assessments or tests as needed.

•Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients.

•Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

•Provide regular updates on candidate progress and market insights.

•Writing engaging copy to present our clients.

•Identify and present candidates that align with client requirements, ensuring a mutually beneficial match.

•Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.

•Stay updated on industry trends, emerging roles, and best practices in talent acquisition.

•Provide clients with valuable insights on talent acquisition strategies.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is passionate about establishing new relationships with candidates and providing an outstanding candidate experience whilst providing clients with a seamless recruitment experience. You will have:

•Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.

•Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate assessment, and industry knowledge.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

•Highly organized with effective time management abilities.

•Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.

•Proven ability to grasp new concepts quickly, understand business performance.

•Flourish in a target-based atmosphere and feel this environment would get the best out of you.
