This is a temporary contract until the end of July, possibly longer. There could potentially be a permanent opportunity available at the end of the contract.

** Due to the position being based in the Education sector they will need to complete a DBS check before confirming a start date. If you have an existing DBS that would be a huge advantage **

  • The position of the Talent Coordinator will initially be very Administration focused, with the opportunity for the role to eventually become more involved in the Recruitment side of things.
  • You will be placing adverts on various job boards.
  • responsible for overseeing and reviewing selection methods.
  • All Recruitment related Administration based duties.
  • High volume short-listing in preparation for the Managers to conduct interviews.
  • Building relationships and liaising with Line Managers.
