Talent Acquisition - Permanent - St Albans/Remote - Up to £45,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading compassionate, multi-site organisation based near St Albans. They are seeking an in house Talent Acquisition professional to build their internal Recruitment team.

An exciting role to work autonomously on a remote basis and support with temporary recruitment.

Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition:

  • Previous experience in recruiting for vibrant sectors like construction, schools, nurseries, or similar fast-paced environments, particularly focusing on hiring temporary staff, is a must.
  • If you've led a Recruitment team before and are keen to expand the internal recruitment department, you're exactly who they're looking for!
  • Be proactive in building pipelines for temporary workers and quick to respond to filling vacancies.
  • Being savvy in brand development for the company would be a definite plus.
