Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor!

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor ready to make an impact? Our esteemed client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team immediately on a temporary basis, with the potential for extension for the right candidate.

Position: Talent Acquisition Advisor
Start Date: ASAP
Commitment: Until the end of July (with potential extension)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday (Hybrid)
Location: Central Bristol/Hybrid
Pay Rate: £14.35 - £15.38 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp staffing needs
  • Ensure adverts are up to date and captivating
  • Champion diverse shortlisting for every vacancy
  • Assist in sifting and shortlisting for vacancies
  • Take the lead in coordinating, setting up, and managing assessment centers and interviews
  • Oversee the offer and rejection process
  • Maintain recruitment data
Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in executing high-volume recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT applications
