This role offers hybrid working after 6 month probation - 4/1 in favour of office.

An exciting organisation based in Blackburn is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join their expanding, welcoming and friendly team.

  • Create and produce job adverts.
  • Post vacancies to various sites, understanding prospective candidates.
  • CV searching.
  • Support TA Manager in headhunting.
  • Shortlisting applicants.
  • Arrange interviews.
  • Assist with recruitment events.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Will be used to working in fast-paced environments.
