Talent Acquisition Specialist

Macmillan Davies are thrilled to be partnered with another leading retail company in London to support the hire of a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing a number of vital positions for the corporate functions as well as occasionally helping out with the retail side too.

You will need to have experience recruiting at a quick pace and have the ability to manage multiple vacancies at any given time.

Reporting into a highly experienced TA Manager will give you support and someone to help with your career development but you will also be a motivated self-starter and be someone that is able to use their initiative.

This is a really exciting opportunity to work with an incredible brand and boost your TA profile within the industry whilst partnering with some amazing individuals.

This role is hybrid and you are expected to be in the office 3 days per week - these days can be of your choosing. You also have the ability to start earlier and finish earlier/start later and finish later.
