Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll:

* Collaborate with managers to define hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
* Utilize diverse sourcing techniques to identify top-tier candidates.
* Lead the recruitment process, conducting interviews and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
* Own and develop their Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
* Establish and refine their Talent Acquisition framework, processes, and structure.
* Provide support and training to managers through workshops on effective recruitment.

Required Skills of a Talent Acquisition Manager:

* Proven internal recruitment experience in the tech sector.
* 3+ years in a recruitment role.
* Demonstrated success in owning and building a recruitment framework in a standalone capacity.
* A creative thinker, leveraging innovative tools and methods in Talent Acquisition.
* Self-starter with boundless energy and enthusiasm.
