We're on the lookout for a talented individual to join the team as a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Advisor (22.5 hours) based in Harwich, £30,000 - £35,000 FTE. As a vital member of the People & Culture department, you'll be at the forefront of discovering and securing the brightest talents to fuel their organisation's growth.

This position may require occasional flexibility in working hours to accommodate candidate interviews and recruitment events.

After an initial period on site, immersing yourself in the culture and meeting the teams, hybrid working is available for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and our People & Culture team to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Explore various sourcing channels to discover talented individuals within the job market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and effective methods.
  • Connect with potential candidates through networking efforts.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a seamless transition from application to onboarding.
  • Manage interview schedules and communication effectively.
  • Assist in selection processes and negotiation phases.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events and industry gatherings.
  • Cultivate partnerships with external organisations to improve recruitment efforts.
  • Offer insights and recommendations based on recruitment data and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or similar fields.
  • Familiarity with recruitment best practices and assessment techniques.
  • Strong communication skills, promoting inclusivity.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions to overcome recruitment challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of data protection and health & safety regulations.
