Fire and Security Engineer (Security Biased)
Are you an experienced Fire and Security Engineer looking for a new opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing Facilities Management Company in Nottingham. Join us on our expansion journey and be a part of a dynamic team!

Qualifications:

  • ESC card and/or industry training
  • Familiarity with regulations such as BS7671, BS5839, BS5266, and PD6662
  • Relevant qualifications or manufacturer training/experience

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance aligns with best practices and KPIs.
  • Perform reactive repairs promptly following client instructions.
  • Request necessary parts for jobs and conduct risk assessments.
  • Maintain a professional image and foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Uphold a safe working environment and comply with safety regulations.
  • Efficiently operate site software systems and identify energy-saving opportunities.
  • Conduct proactive inspections, address reactive jobs, and maintain standards.
  • Submit reports and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Attend client meetings and communicate effectively.
  • Pursue personal development for skill enhancement.
  • Assist the sales team by providing client information for quotes.
