We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a part-time Sustainability Hub Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Sustainability Hub, assisting with various initiatives and projects aimed at promoting sustainability and reducing our environmental impact.

Key responsibilities of the Sustainability Hub Assistant include:

  • Managing referrals.
  • Booking home visits/meetings.
  • Liaising with tenants via telephone and email.
  • Assisting with data collection and analysis related to sustainability goals and targets.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Sustainability Hub team.
  • Customer service.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle data accurately.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a related field is desirable but not essential.

  • Salary: £23,997 per annum (pro-rata)
  • 27 days annual leave (rising to 32 over 5 years' service) + bank holidays (pro-rata)
