Do you have relevant experience as a residential property surveyor? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our client’s team in Bristol or Exeter. As well as a competitive salary you will gain access to health and wellbeing benefits.

The role
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the structural integrity, safety, and compliance of all your projects. You will produce approximately five Level 2 and 3 reports per week. With quality over quantity being the focus. From initial home surveys to final inspections, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

The requirements
Experience in producing pre-purchase Home and Building Surveys, as well as…

  • Membership with RICS or RPSA
  • A valid DBS check
  • Building surveyor experience (1+ years)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident in building relationships with clients
  • A valid driving license and vehicle


Within this role you will cover the Bristol/Somerset or South Devon area, so being able to reach Weston-super-Mare, Nailsea, Clevedon and Bristol or Plymouth, Torquay, and Exeter with an hour's travel each way is essential. You will work remotely when not working on surveys.
