We are seeking a motivated response repairs surveyor to ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standard via delivery of our responsive repairs service.

The main duties include:

• Diagnose building defects and identify suitable cost-effective remedies.

• Undertake property related inspections and produce written reports

• Communicate well with our customers to keep them informed of progress of the repair.

• Produce specifications and procure small building works and mange through to completion

What we need

For this role you’ll need to have the following skills and experience;

• HND or HNC in construction or building surveying. And/or relevant experience

• Experience in diagnosing building defects

• Experience of maintenance management and/or construction.

• Knowledge of managing contracts within budgetary constraints management.

• Knowledge and experience of Health and safety legislation and its practical implementation Including CDM regulations

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues and complaints for our customers.

• A basic DBS check will be required for this role.
