Supported Housing Officer
LOCATION:                Bristol
DURATION:temp – perm  
Hours:                        35 – Mon – Fri  
 
 
Are you looking to work for a Housing Association that has been making a difference to their residents' lives for over 45 years. We are currently seeking a dedicated Supported Housing Officer to join the team on a contract – perm basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide essential support to individuals who have experienced homelessness, coming from diverse backgrounds and facing various challenges.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in supported housing and mental health support
  • Ability to provide tenancy sustainment support
  • Demonstrated empathy, reliability, and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Capability to manage a caseload of clients with care and dedication
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness
  • Relevant transferrable skills and a genuine desire to work in homelessness or supported housing
  • Commitment to ensuring a smooth transition from homelessness to sustainable housing for all individuals
