Residential Support Worker
Location: Herefordshire
Full Time roles available
Kerry Collins are currently recruiting for residential Support Workers to undertake day shifts.
As a Support Worker, you will be untaking some of the more routine tasks, such as:
- Welcoming patients
- monitoring patients and performing basic health checks
- making patients feel comfortable
- Providing emotional support for an individual and their families
- serving meals and helping to feed patients
- Providing physical support which can include helping with household tasks and personal care
- Taking patients out into the community
Requirements you need:
- Passionate about helping others
- Desire to improve the life of another
- Good communicator and listener
- Able to adapt and stay calm in challenging situations
- Empathy and Patience
- Teamwork and Communication
Desirable:
- Able to work full time hours
- DBS child and adults on the update service
