Support Worker – multiple roles available
Based in Bungay, Norfolk

  • Full time, Monday – Friday, flexible and varied shift patterns negotiable
  • £14 - £18 per hour depending on experience
  • Driving licence is preferred due to remote location

The role:

As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of up to 5 other staff within the Bungay area of Norfolk. If you are an experienced and compassionate healthcare professional this could be the role for you!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality care to those with autism, eating disorders and mental health challenges
  • Provide personalised support tailored to individual needs
  • Promote independence in daily living skills
  • Implement and monitor individualised care plans
  • Assist with daily activities and medication management
  • Offer empathetic emotional support and coping strategies


The ideal candidate:

Our client is looking for an individual who shares the company values of unity and togetherness to join the team, you must also have:

  • Experience of providing care to people with autism is essential
  • Specific experience supporting those with disordered eating or other mental health challenges
  • A valid UK driving licence (preferred due to remote location)
