Protective Care Group was established to provide bespoke and tailor-made support for young people with severe, complex needs, particularly those exhibiting challenging behaviour.

We specialise in providing a level of support that local authorities are often unable to and are looking for kind, caring and experienced Support Workers to play an integral part in the delivery of this.

At PCG, the complex care we provide is based up on a kind and person-centred approach, tailored to each young person individually.

To ensure consistency, our shift patterns revolve around rolling 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off. These include a combination of 12-hour day and night shifts, of which the day shifts are occasionally followed by sleeping nights, for which you are awarded an enhanced shift allowance. Rotas are designed to meet the needs of our young people, so we all apply a flexible approach to ensure we can provide the very best care possible.
