Cloud Recruit has partnered with one of the largest, national not-for-profit providers of care and support services. We are looking for a calm, resourceful and energetic individual who is well motivated, hardworking and keen to join our team. The scheme consists of 7 self contained flats within Newcastle. The service will be part of Newcastle strategy to provide a wider range of living options for vulnerable people. The service will support people to increase their independence and connect with their communities/ develop social networks thus preventing admission into long term residential care or hospital and eventually moving back to their own homes or in a less supported environment.

Your role will include:

  • You will assist senior staff in the planning and delivery of the service.
  • You will provide person-centred care and support to people with mental health needs and enable them to gain independence, and to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
  • You will work with service users in a recovery-focused way in line with their support plans and risk management plans.
  • Collaborating with service users, families, and involved professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service that maximises outcomes for service users.

Salary/Hourly Rate: Up to £11.40 per hour.

This is a full-time and a temporary role.

We are also not accepting applicants who are currently on a Skilled Worker Visa, seeking secondary employment, as we are unable to actively track the hours worked with the primary sponsor.
