Job Role - Support worker

Salary - £14.00/£15.00

Hours - Full Time / Part time

Contract - On going Temporary work.

Location - Merseyside

We are currently looking for support workers who are enthusiastic about working with others and making a positive change in people's lives in supported living services.

Our organisation focuses on supporting with complex needs, including Autistic Spectrum Disorders and Challenging Behaviours.

Main Duties will include.

  • Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support.
  • participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
  • Shifts will include sleeps.

Who you are:

  • Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
  • Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
  • Flexible as shifts will include sleeps.
  • Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
