Position: Support Worker
Location: Merthyr Tydfil and Surrounding Areas
Specialisation: Supporting Vulnerable Adults with Dementia

Key Responsibilities:
As a support worker with us, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our service users. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
  • Offering emotional support and companionship.
  • Assisting with daily activities and tasks.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of those under your care.
  • Adhering to care plans and individual needs with attention to detail.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Experience working within the care sector, preferably with vulnerable adults and those affected by dementia.
  • Registration with Social Care Wales or evidence of registration.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, and potential waking nights as required by our service users.
  • Dedication to providing compassionate care and upholding the dignity of every individual.
