Support Worker - Various Locations

Connect2Kent are looking to hire temporary Care Support Workers to provide support for various locations and shifts in and around Kent. This role will be to provide direct care and support for young people, adults with learning disabilities and the elderly. Some roles will be based in care homes around Kent, and others will be out in the community.

Main Duties:

• Assist service users with personal and physical needs to a high professional standard
• Engage in supporting service users in activities both recreationally and in the community
• Record and monitor services users progress on a day-to-day basis including distributing medication if applicable
• Help service users attend appointments

Qualifications Required:

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
• OR NVQ level 3 caring for children and young people or equivalent

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience of working in a care setting
• Enhanced DBS
