SUPPORT WORKER IMMEDIATELY REQUIRED – MONMOUTHSHIRE
 
LOCATION:           Monmouthshire
START DATE:         ASAP
DURATION:           Temporary
HOURS:                37 hour per week OR 17.5 hours a week.

Are you a committed Support Worker who could make a positive impact on the lives of others?  Are you able to build strong and lasting relationships with young people and assist them in moving forwards towards a brighter future?

If so, BRC are working with an amazing charity looking for a support worker to join their friendly team. There are both full time and part time roles currently available.

You will work within the support team to identify and address the support needs of young people within a supported living setting. These vulnerable clients may be experiencing a range of challenges and it is important that you are able to offer the correct support to assist them in moving on to their own tenancies.

The right candidate will be compassionate, yet confident, able to manage challenging situations with a strong knowledge of safeguarding measures and procedures. The suitable candidate will have prior experience within the support sector, ideally working with individuals ages 16-25.

This is a rewarding, yet challenging role which would suit a Support Worker who is resilient but able to work with empathy.

Additionally, you will benefit from working within a supportive and collaborative team.
