Key Details:

• Location: Midlothian (covering areas such as Loanhead, Gorebridge, Penicuik, Dalkeith)
• Work Hours: Full-time, minimum 30+ hours per week, with day shifts and sleepovers
• Eligibility: Car drivers only, no sponsorship available

Role Overview: As a Support Practitioner, you will be instrumental in providing personalized care to adults in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include catering to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex care requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of the local community.

Additional Information:

• Pay Rate: £11.10-£11.77 per hour (rising to over £12 in April)
• Overtime: Hours worked beyond 37.5 hours will be compensated at time and a half
• Estimated Salary: For example, a candidate working 45 hours per week could earn a salary of £30,000 plus
