LOCATION: Salisbury
HOURS: 37.5 – Mon – Fri
SALARY: £13.62 PAYE - £14.12 Umbrella
DURATION: 2 months+
START DATE: ASAP

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to provide vital assistance and guidance to individuals facing difficult circumstances, helping them to access the support they need to rebuild their lives. Your role is crucial in creating a safe and nurturing environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
- Directly impact the lives of vulnerable individuals - Work within a passionate and dedicated team - Contribute to creating a positive and meaningful environment
- Experience in providing support to individuals experiencing homelessness
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding in challenging situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of service users
- Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion
- Relevant qualification in social care, psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar support role
- Training in safeguarding and mental health first aid
- Dedicated, experienced consultants that specialise in supported housing recruitment.
- Temp to perm opportunities available.
