Currently Looking for a Support Worker to work with young adults & children, require support with emotional and behavioural needs, based in Ealing, West London The role is ongoing based on picking up shift bases

The Ideal Candidate should have

• Ability to communicate with a range of people/young people with different abilities
• Be able to provide constant care and support to the young people with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities.
• A desire to work with young people who may show signs of challenging behaviour
• Commit to working with children who may be at risk
• Sleeping in duties and shift work
• Ability to work as part of a team
