Atrium Healthcare, partnering with a client in the Supported Living Sector, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Support Manager to join their team. Role Overview:
As a Service Support Manager, you will be the driving force behind ensuring services are safe, compliant, and empowering for service users. Your person-centred approach will not only support service seniors but also uplift and develop their skills to provide the best care possible. This role offers the flexibility of remote work across various services in Essex, so a full driving license is a must!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support service seniors in running safe and effective services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Foster independence and well-being among service users through personalised support.
  • Prepare reports and lead meetings as needed.
  • Collaborate with health professionals, local authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct audits to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislations and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Senior Support Worker position.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • NVQ/Diploma Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care.
  • Ability to manage workload flexibly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across Essex (mileage reimbursed).
