Reed Education Southampton are currently seeking a number of Primary Teachers to fulfil local day-to-day bookings across Hampshire.

We at Reed Education Southampton run the busy Hampshire Supply Service through our branch, providing much needed support to schools all across the Hampshire County; this includes day-to-day and long term absence cover, as well as support with permanent recruitment.

As a supply teacher, all bookings will be based on your preferences and availability, and as local to your location as possible. You will attend the school for 8:30am and conclude at 3:30pm – providing you with a balanced work/home life. Within the bookings, you would be expected to cover the assigned class for the day using the lesson plan provided to you, and ensure that all pupils engage with the delivery of the lesson content. You will not be expected to stay after the school day, and the best part? NO HOMEWORK!

The salary for this role currently stands at £130-190 per day, depending on experience.

For this role, you will need:

- Qualified Teacher Status or similar

- Specialism in Primary/ Secondary Subject

- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – or be willing to obtain

- Good availability and open to working with a variety of schools and year groups

- Right to work in the UK
